Brian Proctor serves as an advisor for NAI TALCOR specializing in site selection, multi and single family developments, sales and leasing of office buildings, warehouses, and large land tracts in the North Florida and South Georgia market area. Prior to joining NAI TALCOR, Brian served as an Owner/Broker of a Florida top-ranked Century 21 office in Tallahassee, Florida where he was for two consecutive years the #1 Top Producing Agent in the Tallahassee Board of Realtors. Brian has over 30 years of experience in real estate management, commercial and large acreage sales. As a third generation resident of Tallahassee FL , Brian has a depth of relationships and knowledge and is licensed in both Florida and Georgia. Being in these markets have made him a market leader in management and sales over his career. Brian is married with 3 children and 3 grandchildren.

Education

Brian graduated from Florida State University and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management. Brian serves on the Board of Directors for the Apalachee Land Conservancy and is the Founder/President of the non-profit Red Hills Wounded Warrior Group .
