Scope of Experience

David Kimball is the Executive Managing Director and Co-Manager of NAI’s West LA office. Kimball’s extensive career in commercial real estate spans 25 years. Most recently he was an Executive Managing Director at national real estate technology firm, SquareFoot. Prior to that Kimball was an Executive Managing Director at global real estate company, Savills (previously Studley, Inc.), and at DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield). His earlier career involved technical roles as the Southwest Regional Manager at Pioneer Electronics and as an Engineer at Rocketdyne, working on the International Space Station and Space Shuttle Main Engine programs.

Throughout his vibrant career, Kimball has strategically directed his clients' office, industrial, and land real estate transactions. He excels in finding solutions to complex problems and creating cost-saving leverage methodologies for commercial leasing and purchase transactions. Best known for building long-term, trusting relationships, Kimball's responsiveness, competence, and strategic forward-thinking set him apart. His local transaction knowledge and global tenant portfolio experience attests to his ability to provide complete real estate services and guidance to companies of all sizes and location.
